Ending
After approximately 15 minutes of heating, the food has been fully heated to the desired temperature. However, this does not mean the heating pack is fully reacted. Wait patiently for the chemical reaction to completely cease and the temperature to drop, then dispose of the food according to local regulations.

While self-heating bags are convenient to use, safety precautions should be taken. For example, before use, always check that the outer packaging is sealed. During operation, avoid direct contact with the heating bag due to its high surface temperature to prevent burns. When storing, avoid high temperatures, humidity, and keep away from sources of fire.
