Generally, you only need to open the heating pack and put it in it, and then pour an appropriate amount of water, so that it can generate heat and produce steam, and then put the food that needs to be heated on it, cover it with a lid, and it can be heated. It can be eaten in 0-15 minutes.

So what’s the matter with the food heating pack not heating:

1. No water: The main component of the food heating pack is quicklime. This substance will produce slaked lime after contacting water and release a lot of heat, but it will not heat up when it is not in contact with water.

2. Poor quality: Some food heating packs will add some other substances, such as sodium carbonate, calcium chloride and other salts, to absorb the trace moisture in the package. If the quality of the heating pack is not good or it is left for too long, the quicklime will gradually lose its effect and no longer heat up.
